The second European championship, in Copenhagen, Denmark, 2007, with 136 players, was won by Danish player Martin Wedel Jacobsen
First Virtual Reality European Mahjong Championship was held on MahjongTime server in 2007 with 64 players and the winner was Juliani Leo from USA and the best European Sportsman was Gerda van Oorschot from Netherlands
The consequent European Championship will be held in Austria, 2009.
